NOTE: Financial assistance is available for students in need and given in the form of scholarships or bursaries. Scholarships are awarded on merit. Bursaries are awarded on the basis of need. Scholarshop preferences will be given to applications received on or before May 1, 2011.

Application Fee: All applications must include a $70 CAD application fee. It is non-refundable and not applicable toward other SOAP fees. An incomplete application or lack of payment of the application fee will stop the application process.

I understand that the information in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and that the audition recording submitted is my own unedited performance. I also understand that SOAP reserves the right to discharge students who have submitted false or misleading information in the application process.

Permission is hereby given by the applicant, while a student at SOAP, to participate in SOAP radio, television, and transcribed programs without compensation and for photographs taken during SOAP to be used in SOAP-approved publications.

I understand that a $300 non-refundable tuition deposit is required within three weeks of the date on the notification of acceptance.
